The Kiboko Adventures accommodated tours are aimed at the adventure
traveller looking for an outdoor experience but with the comforts of small, friendly hotels and guest-houses, situated in scenic locations. Travelling in comfortable vehicles, an experienced Tour Leader guides small international groups. Kiboko offers 3 diverse options in this category:
South African Adventure (17 days JNB - CPT by road)
Small 3 star hotels / lodges, guest-houses, chalets and restcamps are
selected for their unique location and character while offering clean, comfortable
en-suite facilities. Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis with lunches
and dinners for clients account to sample the varied and interesting cuisine offered
by the many wonderful restaurants in South Africa. A very diverse tour offering an
insight into South Africa’s wildlife, culture, coast line and stunning scenery.

Transkalahari Adventure (21 days CPT – Livingstone LVI )
Carefully selected 3-4 star hotels, guest-houses and chalets compliment a diverse and fascinating itinerary. Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis with lunches and dinners free to sample the local cuisine. Traversing the Kalahari and Namib deserts offers an abundance of scenic, wildlife and cultural attractions with the added comfort of en-suite accommodation.

Okavango Adventure (12 days LVI-LVI by road)

Kiboko Vehicles
The South African Adventure and The Okavango Adventure are operated in an airconditioned Toyota Mini-bus. For groups of more than ten, the overland style vehicle will be used.
The TransKalahari Adventure is operated in a custom built Toyota overland vehicle. Featuring slide-down windows to optimise game viewing and photography; comfortable high-back seats and a fridge for clients refreshments.
Kiboko Guides
One dedicated, professional tour leader leads the
Accommodated Tours. He is selected for his experience of the
African bush, thus ensuring your travel experience is enjoyable
and successful. The guides are in the full time employ of the
company. Detailed information on the history of the area, fauna
and flora is given to participants during the safari. The safaris
are conducted in English.

Accommodation
All accommodation is chosen for its unique location and scenic beauty. All offer en-suite facilities and full bedding. NO SLEEPING BAGS are required! Accomodation ranges from restcamp accomodation inside National Parks, to hotels and bush lodges. All are a very comfortable three star grading.
Food & Drinks
Accommodated Tours are offered on a bed and breakfast basis. Lunches and dinners are for Client’s own account. Lunches are taken en route at small roadside cafes and local restaurants. Dinners are enjoyed at the lodges, usually a buffet style meal including typical African cuisine and game meat. Alternatively when staying in cities or towns,a variety of cuisines can be enjoyed at excellent local restaurants. Drinks and mineral water are not included on the tours and may be purchased from a bottle store or supermarket at reasonable prices and stored in the fridge provided.
